Hey Jade, 

I got my girlfriend a Jackpot Candle for Christmas. What's the best way to clean the jewelry? She really loves it but it got some wax on it when she took it out of her candle.

A Jackpot candle for Christmas!? Well, I bet you're on her good side! So glad to hear she loves it. That makes my day!

So, because our candles are made with soy wax it's very soft and will melt at a much lower temperature than other waxes. You can simply soak or run it under some hot water and rub it right off. That should take care of most if not all of it. If there is still a bit in some of the nooks and crannies you can take an old toothbrush or a washcloth and scrub it lightly, still using hot water to rinse and it should shine up nicely!

Is it possible to reveal the same jewelry twice? What are the odds?

Great question! While we do have some duplicate rings, we try to mix them up really good to be sure that you don't get the same ring twice. So far we've never seen it happen that someone gets the same ring from two of their candles but that doesn't mean that it's impossible. On the off chance that you do get two of the exact same ring definitely let us know and we'll do everything we can to fix the situation. We definitely don't want you to be disappointed with your jewelry find. Jackpot Candles are about fun and excitement and we absolutely want you to have the best experience possible because you deserve it!
