Hey Jackpot Candles Fam!

Hello, hello, hello! Welcome to Two Scents - I'm Jade, your Jackpot Candles social media guru, here to talk about... CANDLES! Well, actually, candle jars. Today is part two of my "how to reuse your candle jars" series. In case you missed last week's episode, you can check that out here!

I've got a thing for our Jackpot Candle jars. I might be a little biased, but our candles look amazing everywhere, and they're made that way on purpose. We've been experimenting with new colors lately, but our white, all-natural 100% soy wax candles look good in every situation. It bums me out when they run out... I always miss the way the beautiful jar looks in the perfect place in my room!

Once your candle has burned all the way down, wax is actually super easy to get out of your jar (see part one)! Once you've got all your sticker residue removed and your jar is free from any remaining wax, there are SO MANY possibilities for what you can do with it. Here's a few I came up with: 

What you can do with your candle jars:

Easy option:Pen holder. Makeup brush holder. Lipstick holder. Bath bomb holder... JACKPOT CANDLE SURPRISE RINGS WORTH ANYWHERE FROM $15 TO $5000 HOLDER! *ahem* Done. But we've seen that before! Let's think of something more exciting.

Twine:Carefully wrap some twine around your candle jar to create a unique texture! It looks amazing (with minimal effort).

Spray Paint:With or without twine! Wrap your hand in a garbage bag and stick it into the jar upside-down. Spray paint around the jar for a really cool effect and an amazingly decorative piece.

OR IF YOU HAVE A CLASSIC JAR:

- Plants:I'm a plant mama! I transferred a thriving bamboo plant from a boring mason jar into a classy Jackpot Candles tall jar. I'm really happy with the way it looks now.

Let's talk NEW CANDLE SCENTS! First, is a lovely, fruity scent we like to call "Sunday Brunch." NO, we're not talking about bacon and mimosas (although I think that's a pretty good idea for a candle, hmmm...). This one is a peachy smell with a confectionary, sugar cone twist. It's super lighthearted, and is more reminiscent of a warmhearted visit to mom & dad's on a Sunday afternoon. Another amazing new scent is Teakwood! We've been getting asked about more scents that appeal to men and this one perfectly fits that mold! It's an earthy, woody scent with undertones of musk and sandalwood that's a perfect fit for lovers of the forest or outdoors. Finally (and I think I saved the best for last here), our new SEA GLASS monthly club candle/bath bomb combo! This is a super cool, clean, and refreshing candle scent, perfect for kicking off the warming-up months of spring and early summer.
